Welcome to Lilith Reborn. By accessing our store and completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Lilith Reborn is an independent creative brand operated by a private individual in Sweden.

Lilith Reborn is a creative brand and not a registered legal entity.
2. PRODUCTS
All products are made using Print-on-Demand (POD), meaning they are produced after your order is placed.
Colors and product appearance may vary slightly depending on monitor settings, lighting or printing method.
We reserve the right to change pricing, product descriptions or availability without prior notice.
3. ORDERS
Your order becomes binding once we confirm receipt via email.
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to suspicious activity, errors, stock issues or circumstances outside our control.
4. PAYMENT AND CURRENCY
We accept payment methods offered during checkout (e.g. Klarna, PayPal, card payments etc).
Payments may be processed in SEK or converted into another currency depending on your region.
Lilith Reborn never stores or handles card information directly.
Taxes, currency conversion fees and international transaction fees may apply depending on the customer’s country and payment provider.
5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Products are shipped directly from our Print-on-Demand partners and fulfillment centers.
Estimated delivery times:
• Sweden: 5–14 business days
• Europe/Norden: 7–20 business days
• International: 10–30 business days
Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, logistics or other external circumstances.
Risk transfers to the customer when the goods have been handed over to the carrier.
6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT FEES (INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS)
nternational customers may be subject to customs duties, VAT, handling fees or import taxes depending on country regulations.
These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping at checkout.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURNS
Due to the nature of Print-on-Demand production, products are made specifically for each order and are therefore not refundable based on regret, dislike of color/fit or ordering the wrong size.
Returns are only accepted for:
• defective products
• incorrect size delivered vs ordered
• print/production errors
• transport damage

8. PRICING
All prices are shown in SEK unless otherwise displayed.
Prices may change without notice.
9. LIABILITY
Lilith Reborn is not liable for indirect losses such as loss of business, loss of profit, loss of data or other consequential damage.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs, artwork, graphics, text and visual elements belong to Lilith Reborn.
Reproduction, redistribution or commercial use is prohibited without written consent.
11. PERSONAL DATA & PRIVACY (GDPR)
We collect necessary personal data for order fulfillment, shipping, communication and customer service.
We share data only with fulfillment and payment partners to complete orders.
Data is handled under GDPR for EU customers.
12. AMENDMENTS
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
13. JURISDICTION & GOVERNING LAW
For international customers, Swedish consumer protection laws apply where relevant.
Disputes shall primarily be resolved between customer and Lilith Reborn. If unresolved, Swedish law and Swedish courts apply.
