SHIPPING POLICY — LILITH REBORN
All products are produced using Print-on-Demand (POD). This means every item is printed once an order is placed. This allows us to reduce overproduction and avoid waste.
Processing Time
Processing and production time usually takes 2–7 business days, but may vary depending on season and supplier workload.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times after production:
- Sweden: 5–14 business days
- Europe / Nordic countries: 7–20 business days
- International: 10–30 business days
Please note that these are estimates. Delays may occur due to logistics, customs handling, peak seasons, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking
Tracking is available for most orders. Tracking information will be emailed once the order has been processed.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, VAT, or handling fees depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price at checkout.
Wrong Address / Unclaimed Packages
The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Unclaimed packages or packages returned due to incorrect addresses may result in additional fees.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control. We will always do our best to keep you informed.
