Returns & Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase or return your order within 14 days from the day you received the item, in accordance with EU consumer withdrawal regulations. Items must be in the same condition as when received: unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

 

Print-On-Demand & Custom-Made Products

All of our products are made to order using Print-On-Demand. This means each item is created uniquely for you after your order is placed. For this reason, we cannot accept returns due to wrong size, change of mind, or any other subjective reason. Returns are only accepted in cases of defects, incorrect items, or transport damage.

 

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Approved claims will be replaced with a new item at no additional cost.

 

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are processed by returning the item (if applicable) and placing a new order. We do not offer size exchanges, as all items are made to order.

 

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• custom products (all products offered by us)

• special orders

• sale items or gift cards

• items sent back without prior return request approval

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.

Returns are handled digitally. Do not ship anything back without contacting us first, as returns may be processed via our production partner and may require a specific return address.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved, you will be notified if a refund has been issued. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Refund times may vary depending on payment provider and bank processing times
